The nameless boy slaves of Nazis keen to conquer Brazil

In recent weeks they have returned to the scene of their secret forced labour to discover the bricks – carved with Swastikas – they made by hand, and to point out the shallow graves where many of their friends were buried after dying through neglect and maltreatment.

The story of the Amazonian slaves is a hitherto unknown facet of the Third Reich that Brazilians are now calling one of the darkest episodes of their history.
