Gaza treasures at risk due to war and neglect

• No. The government is not doing anything unreasonable.
• Yes. It is unreasonable and the surveillance should be stopped at once. The Constitution says "We the People." It does not say, "We the Government."
• Yes. It is unreasonable but we have to understand that the threat to public safety requires action.
• The question is academic. The unauthorized surveillance is pretty much ineffective anyway (e.g. the Boston Marathon bombing)
• If the framers of the Constitution could see the 21st century, they would understand that new technology requires action not imagined in the 18th century.
